The increase of online shopping would be a good reason to explain the increase in importance of customer reviews. Now the Covid19 issue is consistent over 2 years, and so many consumers are used to buy things in online. Yet the online shopping provides us a lot of convenience, there still is a limit – we cannot check the product until it delivers to our home. We have to decide whether purchase or not before we meet the product in reality.
