한국어 초록

교육방송의 성공은 방송을 제작하는 전문인의 자질과 역량에 달려있다. 방송제작은 “무엇을”, “어떻게” 전달해야 하는가에 초점을 맞추는 창조적 행위이다. 이런 창조적 행위는 방송제작에 직접 참여하는 전문인의 의무이며 또한 이들에게 전적으로 의존하고 있다. 방송전문인은 다양한 포용력을 지니며, 문화감각, 책임성 등을 지니고 방송분야에 대한 투철한 지식과 방안을 갖추어야 한다.특히 교육방송인은 교육전문가 혹은 교육자로서 갖추어야 할 자질과 방송인으로서의 자질을 동시에 갖고 있어야 한다. 그렇다고 위에서 요구하는 특징을 모든 방송인이 다 갖춰야한다는 의미는 아니다. 교육방송 전문인 중에서도 그 임무와 책임의 비중에 따라 교육과 방송의 전문지식에 대한 깊이와 넓이에 차이가 있을 수 있다.성공적인 방송은 얼마나 많은 수의 수용자가 방송에 접했느냐 하는 일방통신(onewaycomm.)의 의미에서가 아니라 제작자가 의도하고 있는 내용과 수용자의 시청 목적이 얼마나잘 일치되었느냐 하는 상호통신(twoway comm.)에 의해 결정된다. 즉 화면 뒤에 숨은 제작자와 화면 앞에 앉은 시청자가 T V라는 매개물을 통해 효과 있게 커뮤니케이션 할 수 있을때이다.

영어 초록

T he production profes s ionals as like producers , directors , cameramen, and AV mixerare one of the mos t important factors which can be decided the succes s of broadcas ting.Especially, the producers have whole respons ibilities through the program from planningto production. Succes s fulnes s of the broadcas ting can be recognized not by how manypeople watch the program but how many receivers unders tand the intention of theproducer' s idea.T he purpos es of the s tudy are divided into three sections ;1) identify the role and qualification of producer as a educator and broadcas ter.2) inves tigates and analyzes the pres ent s ituation of the background of production s taff.3) develop the sys tematic retraining courses for the producer.Producers need s trong leadership to get the whole cooperation of the production s taff.And also they should plan the program carefully as like following s teps ;1) determine the outputs2) des ign teaching s trategies3) des ign televis ion s trategies and4) decide program formatsT o be a good producer, he or she has the s trong respons ibilities of education andpsychology of future vis ions . Having a pos itive ideas of us ing T V for the developmentof education is as much as important of active participation of teaching. T he producerswho are producing the programs which broadcas te at KBS 3 TV are surved. T hey areworking at KBS, KEDI, and Korean Broadcas ting college.T he summary of results are follows ;· more than 79% have a over 5 years broadcas ting experiences .·T he final educational levels are graduation of univers ity (88%) and 41% have aprofes s ional background in broadcas ting field.·T he difficult areas of production are not having a profes s ional background ofeducation, especially in the field of psychology.·Half of the producers (53%) who answered the gues tionnaires have experienced in theinservice program helps the production in some way.·88% of the producers would like to attend the further inservice program, especially inthe field of general education, education media, and theory of mas s communication.Concering the results of the ques tionnaire and the research, the researcher developssys tematic selection ins ervice program cours eware for the producer.For the succes s of educational broadcas ting, educators and broadcas ters shouldcooperate each other and try to s trongly participate in the development of the retrainingprogram.
