한국어 초록
The research studies the impact of switching costs on the relationship
between customer satisfaction and loyalty through survey on the users of the
mobile telecom network in Xinjiang Autonomous Region, China. It is found that
compared to customer satisfaction, the influence on customer loyalty from
switching costs is weaker than that from customer satisfaction. The result also
suggests that the intensity of the impact from different switching costs differs
much from each other, among which, impact from the benefits costs is the
strongest, followed by process costs, and then the risk costs. Furthermore,
different from most previous research findings, the result of this
study indicates that higher switching costs do not have stronger
influence on the relationship between customer satisfaction and
loyalty.
영어 초록
The research studies the impact of switching costs on the relationshipbetween customer satisfaction and loyalty through survey on the users of themobile telecom network in Xinjiang Autonomous Region, China.
