한국어 초록
연구의 목적은 학습장애 학생과 학습부진 학생에 대한 초등학교 교사의 인식을 살펴보는데 있었다.연구 참여자는 D광역시 초등학교에서 통합학급을 담당하고 학습장애 학생을 지도해본 경력이 있는 교사
6명을 선정하였으며||| 반구조화된 면담을 통한 질적 연구방법을 사용하였다. 연구의 결과는 크게 4가지로|||
특성||| 진단 및 판별||| 교육적 지원||| 그리고 부모||| 교사 및 학교행정가와의 의사소통에 대한 교사의 인식으로
나누어 분석되었다. 학습부진 학생에 비해 학습장애 학생에 대한 교사의 인식은 다소 부정적으로 나타났
으나||| 진단평가에 어려움을 보였으며 전문적인 평가의 필요성을 느끼고 있었다. 또한 교사들은 학습지원에
많은 신경을 쓰지 못하고 학습면 보다는 생활면에 더 관심을 보였으며||| 부모와의 의사소통에서도 역시
생활면에 대해 더많이 이루어지고 있었다. 교사와의 협력교수의 필요성을 인식하고 있으며 행정적으로는
물적 인적 자원의 지원을 기대하였다.
영어 초록
The purpose of this study was to examine how elementary teachers perceive towardstudents with learning disability or underachiever. The participants of this study were
selected 6 teachers of elementary school teachers who has ever managed students
with learning disabilities in the inclusive classroom in D Metropolitan City.
The qualitative study method was used through semistructured interviews. The results
of this study were analyzed into 4 subjects including characteristics||| diagnosis and identification|||
educational support||| and communication with parents||| teachers||| or administrators. First|||
teachers perceived students with learning disability to be more negative than underachiever.
Second||| they felt the difficulty in the diagnosis and identification of students with learning
disabilities||| thus having the necessity of professional assessment. Third||| they showed
less concerns with learning support of students with learning disabilities than that of
underachiever||| but more concerns was in the support for former’s daily living than academic
support. Fourth||| student’s daily living was a focus of their communication with the
parents||| and they perceived the necessity of collaboration with teachers and expected
the administrative support of human and physical resources. The implications were
discussed and the suggestions were made for further studies.
