본 연구는 장애아 가족의 삶의 질을 평가하고 구체적인 가족지원 프로그램으로 연계하기 위한 도구를 마련하기 위하여 국내의 선행연구에서 사용된 가족 삶의 질 측정도구를 알아보고, FQoLS(Family Quality of Life Survey)의 하위 영역을 중심으로 관련 선행연구의 결과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. FQoLS는 가족 삶의 질을 측정할 수 있는 가장 포괄적 하위영역을 포함하고 있다는 특징이 있다. FQoLS에서 가족의 삶의 질을 결정하는 9개 영역은 가족의 건강, 가족 관계, 경제적 안녕, 사회적 지지, 장애관련 서비스, 가치관의 영향, 직업, 여가와 레크레이션, 지역사회 참여이며, 6개의 차원은 중요도(importance), 기회(opportunity), 성취도 (attainment), 만족도(satisfaction), 열의(initiative), 안정성(stability)으로 구성되어 있다. 연구 결과, 총 11편의 연구에서 다양한 가족 삶의 질 측정 도구가 사용되었으며, 국내의 연구에서는 FQoLS의 하위 영역 중 사회적 지지에 관한 연구가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 따라, 향후 장애인 가족의 삶의 질에 대한 인식을 사회 전반 및 다양한 전문가들로 확대하고, 장애아동과 가족의 생애주기를 고려한 가족지원 프로그램을 마련하기 위한 방안을 논의하였다.영어 초록
The aim of this study was to investigate the instrument for measuring thefamily quality of life on the precedent studies in-country and to consider the
conclusion of studies on the quality of life of families with a member with
disability based on sub-area of FQoLS(Family Quality of Life Survey) for the
purpose of development of instrument for evaluation the family quality of life
and the programs associated with the individualized need of families. support
thesis applied at the early intervention area. Specially, The FQoLS(Family
Quality of Life Survey) have the most comprehensive areas necessary to enable
the construct to be used to better predict support needs of families. The
FQoLS(Family Quality of Life Survey) was constructed with 9 domains, health,
financial well-being, family relationships, disabilities related service, support
from other people, influence of values, careers and preparing for careers, leisure
and recreation, community interaction. And this tool has the 6 dimensions of
importance, opportunity, attainment, satisfaction, initiative, stability. The results
of this study were that the various instruments for evaluation were used in 11
studies about the family quality of life, and specially the studies about the social
supports from other people in-country. The practical implications of these
results as well as directions for future research are discussed.
