본 연구는 학문의 융복합성을 대전제로 해서 인문/사회 전공간 주제별 통합이 가능한 신규교과과정을 개발하고, 이에 따른 학습자의 학습역량 및 성과를 극대화시키기 위해서 소그룹중심의 블렌디드러닝기반의 협동학습 모형을 적절하게 선정해서 해당 교과 수업에 적용해 나감으로써 새로운 대학교육의 혁신사례를 창출하고자 하는 데 연구목적을 두고 있다. 한마디로 본연구는 학제적 관점에서의 학제간 통합교과과정 개발과 협동학습 모형의 적용을 통한 학습자중심의 새로운 대학교육과정 개발 및 수업운영에 대한 혁신적 사례를 도출시키는 데 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구는 지식기반사회에 적합한 학제간 통합교과과정을 시범적으로 개발하고, 그에따른 효과적인 수업지원체제의 구축 운영 방안(블렌디드러닝 기반의 협동학습 모형의 선정 및적용을 중심으로)을 개발해서 실제 대학교육 현장에서 정규 학기별 교육과정 및 수업체제로 편성, 운영하고자 하였다. 특히, 교육방법 측면에서 서로 다른 전공간 학생들의 자기주도적이고협력적인 학습활동을 보다 내실 있게 지원할 수 있도록 인문/사회 분야의 대표적 수업방식인전통적인 텍스트 중심의 전달식 강의에서 탈피하여 이러닝 수업지원시스템의 적극적 활용을통해 다양한 협동적 학습모형을 개발, 적용하여 학습성과 및 만족도를 검증하고자 하였다. 본연구를 통해서 학제간 통합교과과정은 어떠한 논리와 방법적 구성체계로 실효성 있게 개발될수 있으며, 이에 적합한 이러닝기반의 협동학습 모형은 어떻게 교육공학적으로 선정, 적용될수 있는지를 실증적인 수업운영사례 중심으로 밝혀서 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과는 학제간 통합적 지식의 공유와 확산(통합교과 주제별 협동학습)을 통한 학습자의 학습역량을 극대화시킬 수 있는 탄력적인 교육과정 개발 및 수업 운영사례가 도출될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.더 나아가 대학사회가 요구하는 학문간/학제간 지식공동체의 형성, 창의적인 지식의 창출과 확산, 수요자중심의 질 높은 실천적 학습성과 제고 등에 기여함으로써 보다 생산적인 대학교육과정 개발 및 수업체제 혁신기반을 조성하게 될 것이다.

영어 초록

This study is to contribute to organizing and managing regular curriculums by semester andinstructional systems in higher education which are integrated with an effective instructional support system(development and application of the cooperative learning model) built after prototype development ofinterdisciplinary educational programs (interdisciplinary curriculum between human science and socialscience). Especially, in order to support effectively self-directed and cooperative learning of students fromdiverse majors, we developed and applied a variety of cooperative learning models using the blendede-learning instructional support system which are supposed to overcome the traditional, text-based transfermodel used widely in the field of human science and social science. Based on the current trend ofacademic convergence, first of all, this study is to develop new convergent curriculum which realizesthematic integration between human science and social science, and then develop small group basedcooperative learning models to maximize learners’ competency and performance, and lastly applied them tothe newly developed disciplines. By doing these, we expect new innovative cases in higher educationclassrooms. In short, this study is going to develop new innovative cases featured learner-centeredinstruction by developing interdisciplinary curriculums between human science and social science andapplying cooperative learning models to them. Practical classroom teaching cases supported by this studyshowed the way of developing effectively interdisciplinary curriculum between human science and socialscience and how the learner-centered learning community approach can be applied to develop thecooperative models. Also, we expect the flexible curriculum development and classroom management casesthrough knowledge sharing and dissemination (interdisciplinary thematic discussion and cooperation) in thehuman science and social science. Further, the study results will reveal a model case which can bedistributed and shared among universities under similar conditions, and eventually promote productivecurriculum development and innovative instructional system through academic/interdisciplinary knowledgecommunity, creative knowledge production and dissemination, and improvement of learning performance.
