한국어 초록
The changing demographic structure has dramatic consequences for Germany. The German Federal Statistical gency predicts that the German population will decline from 82Mio. in the year 2000 to 69.5 Mio. in2 050, i.e. a decline of 12.5Mio. This prediction assume say early net immigration of 200.000persons. Without immigration the decline of the population would be 20Mio. (Statistis ches Bundesamt). The number of pensioner sis the only number to rise in absolute as well as in relative terms. The old age dependency ratio (defined as the population above the age of 64 in relation to the population of 15 to 64 years) rose from 14% in the year 1950 to 23% in the year 2005. It is predicted to rise further to 40% in the year 2050. This development is the result of a low fertility rate and a rising life expectancy. Whereas life expectancy is near the average in international comparison (78.4 years in the year 2003), the German fertility rate of 1,3 is very low.영어 초록
