본 연구는 미술영재교육과정을 평가하기 위한 평가준거를 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰과 교육학 전문가, 영재교육 전문가, 미술(영재)교육
전문가들의 검토를 통해 평가준거 안을 개발하였다. 그리고 개발된 평가준거 안에 대한 타당성
검증을 위해 교육평가 전문가, 영재교육 전문가, 미술(영재)교육 전문가, 영재교육 행정가로 구
성된 30명의 델파이 패널을 선정하여 총 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이 조사
결과는 척도 평균, 내용타당도(Contents Validity Ratio: CVR)와 합의도를 활용하여 분석하였다.
연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌고찰과 전문가 검토를 통해 12개의 상황평가준거, 25개의
투입평가준거, 12개의 과정평가준거와 9개의 성과평가준거로 구성된 총 58개의 미술영재교육
과정 평가준거를 개발하였다. 둘째, 1차와 2차 델파이 조사를 통해 타당성 기준을 충족시키지
못했던 2개의 평가준거가 삭제되었다. 최종 확정된 미술영재교육과정 평가준거는 12개의 상황
평가준거, 25개의 투입평가준거, 10개의 과정평가준거와 9개의 성과평가준거로 구성되었다. 본
연구에서 개발된 미술영재교육과정 평가준거는 추후 국가 수준의 기관평가 체제를 구축하거나
기관 및 프로그램을 평가하는 데 활용할 수 있는 구체적인 평가 틀이 될 수 있을 것이다.
영어 초록
The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the evaluation criteria for giftedcurriculum in visual arts. For this purpose, a draft of evaluation criteria for gifted curriculum
in arts were first developed through literature review and opinions of experts in educational
assessment, gifted education, visual art education. Then, the Delphi method was employed
to validate the evaluation criteria. Delphi survey was carried out twice with 30 panelists
consisting of experts in educational assessment, experts in gifted education, experts in
arts(gifted) education and administrators in gifted education. Delphi survey was analyzed
using the mean, content validity ratio, and the degree of consensus. Results were as followed.
First, 58 evaluation criteria for gifted curriculum in arts were developed through literature
review and expert opinions. The evaluation criteria included 12 context evaluation criteria,
25 input evaluation criteria, 12 process evaluation criteria, and 9 product evaluation criteria.
Second, through the first and second Delphi survey, 2 evaluation criteria were not validated
and finally were removed. The final evaluation criteria included 12 context evaluation criteria,
25 input evaluation criteria, 10 process evaluation criteria, and 9 product evaluation criteria.
The evaluation criteria developed by this study can be used as a standard to establish the
institution assessment system at the national level and evaluate institutions and programs.
