본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 긍정심리자본, 직업탐색자신감, 취업준비행동 간의 관계에 대한 연구모델을 설정하고 구조방정식을 이용하여 구조관계를 분석하는데 있다. 대학 3,4학년 재학생들과 신규 대졸 취업자 총 423명을 대상으로 설문을 받아 조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 및 AMOS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 첫째, 대학생의 긍정심리자본은 직업탐색자신감에 직접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의긍정심리자본은 취업준비행동에 간접효과만 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 직업탐색자신감은 취업준비행동에 직접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 긍정심리자본과 취업준비행동 두 변수 관계에서 직업탐색자신감이 완전매개하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석결과를 바탕으로 대학생들의 직업탐색자신감과 취업준비행동을 향상시키기 위한 몇 가지 시사점을 제시하였다.
영어 초록
This purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among such variables as psychological capital of college students, job search self-efficacy, and employment-preparation behavior. In order to achieve this purpose, this study had specifically questions as follows: The first was toexamine the effect of psychological capital of college students on job search self-efficacy. The second was to examine the effect of psychological capital of college students on employment-preparation behavior. The third was to examine the effect of job search self-efficacy on employment-preparation behavior. A questionnaire was used as the research instrument. A total number of 423 college students and newly employed college graduates responded to questionnaire. In order to estimate the hypothesized structural equation model, the collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0, a statistical program for structural equation modeling. The major findings of this study were as follows; First, the psychological capital of college students was found to have a direct effect on job search self-efficacy. Second, the psychological capital of college students was found to have only an indirect effect on employment-preparation behavior. Third, the job search self-efficacy of college students was found to have a direct effect on employment-preparation behavior. Based upon these results, several suggestions were made to improve college students’ employment-preparation behavior through psychological capital of college students on job search self-efficacy.
