1. I`m familiar with the business terms such as recruiter, a multinational company and supply and demand. First, recruiter is the word that means the person who just got in to a company. We can regard him as a freshmen. Second, I`m familiar with the word, supply and demand. It is really easy to meet these words through books, news and so on. Supply and demand needs to be balanced. If something is oversupplied, the price of it would decrease and that could lead to many economical problems. The demand which is not balanced with supply could also lead to problems. A multinational company is the one that runs a business without boarders. It is not limitative in one country, but many countries. For example, SONY could be the representative of multinational corporations. SONY, which is from Japan, produce various kinds of electronic vehicles such as computer, lap top and camera. It is very easy to find SONY products wherever we go in the world. It also has the global reorganization of the production process. In China, South Korea, America, Vietnam, and so on, SONY has their own factories, agencies, branch offices.
2. I think it`s very important. Successful executives today work in a global environment. Today, The world has been globalized so that executives who only deal with their local market can`t succeed enough. There are so many multinational company so that trading in other countries is important to be a competitive company. Abilities like speaking English well to trade in another countries is essential to be a multinational company.
