① What is bias?
Biasing in electronics is the method of establishing predetermined voltages and/or currents at various points of a circuit to set an appropriate operating point.
② why do we use bias when it comes to circuit?
A standard is necessary for setting the movement point on the circuit, then we use the concept of bias. By using the concept of bias, we can set the direction of the voltage and the current on the circuit.
③ Explain why junction diode allows current when forward bias, and does not when reverse bias.
A semiconductor diode`s current–voltage characteristic, or I–V curve, is related to the transport of carriers through the so-called depletion layer or depletion region that exists at the p-n junction between differing semiconductors. When a p-n junction is first created, conduction band (mobile) electrons from the N-doped region diffuse into the P-doped region where there is a large population of holes (places for electrons in which no electron is present) with which the electrons "recombine".
