After the need of the lecture in English has being found, the number of lectures in English at the university is increasing at many universities recently. Lectures in English did not only mean that professors should give lectures in English and but also mean that students should ask questions in English. Especially, the distinguished universities, such as KAIST, Korea, Postech, Seoul, and Yeon-sei Universities, announced that they will gradually raise the ratio of lectures in English. Starting next year, all classes in KAIST students would in English (Park, 2007, para6). In the case of Seoul National University (SNU), even though only one foreigner takes a major course, it was released that the professor should lecture in English. The enlargement of classes in English at the universities is a big controversy. In fact, there are many advantages and disadvantages of lecture in English. People in favor of expanding classes in English insist on increasing lectures in English in order to nurture talent in response to globalization (Kim, 2006, para2). In the contrary, against people think that English class could be decreasing the people`s understanding of English classes, lessons to create interest and the quality of lessons.
