Based on the business plan and its financial data we at Thistle, Kostya, Lotz believe that for a small business of YAKafe’s nature an average of 320 customers a day would not be a difficult task due to the location of the business specially being neat to so many offices and the CBD of Adelaide. Although the expense figures are high it is important to understand that net profit figure projected is achievable and practical. One of the reasons the expenses are likely to be high is because in order to survive in a competitive market, YAKafe needs to provide high-quality and affordable service.In the worst case that we calculated, YAKafe will suffer loss of more than $50,000 after the first year, but we are confident that this scenario is very unlikely to happen because the Australian economy is recovering very fast and the take-away café business is a steadily growing trend. Furthermore, Adelaide’s population has been increasing and tourism in South Australia has been on the up in recent years.
