I. Goal of the Website
As a newly established business in Downtown Calgary, Personal’s Office Supply Shop needs to have a website in order to be competitive in this age of information and technology. Most people nowadays rely much on the services of the internet due to busy schedules and longer working hours. The main aim of the website is to advertise business’ existence, identity, services, and products to potential clients in the downtown area. The website will be the virtual catalogue of the shop.
II. Target Customers
The main target customer is the professional, office oriented group of the city. This offers a wide range of low to high class citizens, as not a single person will go with out any office supplies. Downtown Calgary is made up of a variety of businesses and the people working within them thrive on diversity and choice. Our personal touch and convenient web site present those qualities.
To bring in this type of customer, the site must be organized, attractive, and coordinating. The largest chunks of our customer base are professionals when it comes to organization and communications. The wording will be clear, concise and directly to the point, combined with easily accessible links, pictures and pictures for a more visual aid.
