Specifically, it observes on the relationship between South Korea and US.

The book Nation Building in South Korea explains how it happened and figures it out by using the idea of ‘Nation Building’ of America. Specifically, it observes on the relationship between South Korea and US. Considering this view point, I would like to have my doubts about South Korea’s response to US nation building policy with regard to two terms; passiveness and activeness.
According to the book, the ideal of ‘Nation Building’ which is a ubiquitous component of American foreign policy acts in South Korea like a motivation to intervene in the Korea issues during the Cold War
