As employees are recruited from the global business environment, the workplace is going to be multicultural around the world (Varner, Jris and Beamer, Linda, 2005). Therefore, in the international business, it is inevitable to avoid facing cultural issues and particurally managers are under pressure to manage those issues as the amount of international workers is increased in the workplace. A culture could be regarded as the manner in which these dilemmas are reconciled, since every nation seeks a different and winding path to its own ideals of integrity (Trompenaars, 1997). That must be true that the person who takes the biggest responsibility to handle cultural dilemmas is the manager in the organization. It is going to be explained in this essay how managers can help a foreign worker who comes from another culture to adapt to the new culture in the workplace.
