Mental Health is one of most important elements of the human health. Even though people should have certain level of emotional well-being, many people suffer from mental illness and mental diseases. If one cannot deal with his or her stress any longer, it can cause mental problem. Or someone might have mental illness or mental disorder by inheriting the genes. It can be severe or less severe. There are so many mental illnesses and mental disorders. Especially, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, Anxiety Disorders, and ADHD are things that well-known to the people.
