I. 서론
Energy does not stay in one place. Flow of energy moves the whole world. Energy is transferred from one place to another mostly in three ways. First, it is transferred with particles. Energy takes form of kinetic energy and moving particles transfer energy. Also, it can take a form of wave. With different wavelengths, frequencies and media, wave can transfer energy of varied magnitude. Finally, energy becomes electromagnetic wave and radiates from one place to another. Electromagnetic wave is special because it can be either particle or wave, though it can be neither particle nor wave. It is important to grasp an idea of energy flow because that tells us all about the specific phenomenon. (Especially when using Lagrangian or Hamiltonian method to analyze the phenomenon)
Though wave and movement of particle and have many things in common, they also have different sides. In this experiment, we would use microwave transmitter to watch how they are different from each other.

In some experiment, we have some noticeable errors. In Experiment 1-3, the graph of intensity makes difference with the prediction, and in experiment 2, the angle of reflection makes difference with the theory. We think that this error causes by the environment. We experimented next to the computer, and computer monitor made a lot of disturbance because it emits the EM waves. When we turned the receiver to the monitor, a significant signal was detected. It is hard to keep away the monitor from the experiment because we use computer to perform the experiment, thus we think it will be hard to remove the error completely.
Finally, we realized that the electromagnetic wave satisfies law of reflection and refraction, polarizes, and makes standing wave, etc. These are the wave properties, thus we could conclude that the electromagnetic wave has the wave properties.
