14-6. Are WTE or regular incinerators operated such that CO2 and water are the only by-products? Is it preferable to have biodegradation rather than being inert in a landfill if the methane is recovered? How long does photodegradation take? What type of hazards do the bags present to wildlife prior to their photodegradation?
