First of all, forbidding intentional miscarriages could give parents hard time and it would be bad effects on babies. Most of the reasons why abortions are offered are that parents or single mothers of fetuses don’t have enough money to raise them. If they cannot have abortions, babies are born in the unprepared state. Although they may try to live with babies, it will not be easy and finally most of them could decide to have their babies adopted. That is to say, if unwanted babies are not aborted and are born, their life is miserable. The government often refute, saying that the government has provided subsides for them. But “the monthly subsidy of 100,000won” (2010) is far from the enough money to raise a person from a baby to an adult. As long as government doesn’t help them, the government should legalize abortions for babies.
Prohibiting abortion could also put women’s health into jeopardy. As the government begins to strictly punish illegal abortion, women are hard to miscarry intentionally. Although some rich women can go abroad to have an abortion,
