William Carey University
When I found this interview assignment I was really worried about finding an interviewee. I came from Korea two months ago, and I only know a few people here. Therefore, this assignment seemed like an impossible mission to me. I almost cried and I told this story to my fiance, he said his mom was in the Zonta club which is executive-level women`s club. She knows a lot of people through the club, and she helped me to find my interviewee. I was really excited to hear the news and directly called his mom and thanked her. She said one of her club member`s friends was a kindergarten teacher and she gave me her phone number. I called her on a Thursday night and we had short conversation and made an appointment to meet on Friday. I traveled to Pascagoula to her house to conduct the interview Friday afternoon. It was a little bit nervous to meet a person who I did not know before. My fiance and his mom visited her house with me to help make a comfortable atmosphere between Flo and me. We arrived at her house at four o`clock.
When we made it there, she and I greeted one another. She was really nice to us and made me feel comfortable to talk with her. Her outgoing personality made it easy to talk with her.
