Genre: Traditional and Modern Korean Weddings
- Weddings play an important and crucial role in every culture and society. Before each marriage, families from both sides spend time preparing for this big event and countries from all around the world perform weddings based on their own unique traditions. But tradition and culture has constantly changed throughout time even though people have tried preserving their own unique traditions. The Korean traditional wedding has also undergone this inevitable change throughout time. A comparison of the traditional Korean wedding and the modern Korean wedding show us the similarities and differences of these two wedding ceremonies.
