Recently, many people suffer from insomnia. Insomnia, in the other word sleeplessness, means people can not get to sleep at night. According to the article, which is called Men’s Health, there are many reasons for insomnia. It could be caused by anxiety, depression or too much caffeine. These things can make people not go to sleep (Men’s Health). As you know, thinking too much and of course caffeine interrupt sleep. Also, there are so many disadvantages for sleeplessness. You might be unable to concentrate on anything; working or schooling. It makes you feel sleepy a whole day and you might feel displeasure. That is why insomnia is not good for health and you have to overcome it if you are suffering from it. Fortunately, there are many different ways to solve the problem of insomnia; taking a sleeping pill, eating valerian root and doing exercise or mind control.
