▶ The compressive strength of mortar rapidly increased at early age between
3day to 7day, due to acceleration of hydration reaction by specific surface area
of nano silica and activated pozzolanic reaction.
▶ Case of NS7, compressive strength has improved 23% and 40% at 3day and 7day,
respectively, compared with control mortar.

▶ A small contents of nano silica in fly ash mortar, shows the result in reduce
strength, but case of NS10F30 has increased strength 12% and 14% at 3day and
7day, respectively.
▶ It means that above the optimum level of nano silica can complement the loss
of strength by incorporating fly ash at early age.
▶ Pore structure was proportional to the compressive strength and total amount
and below the 50nm pore was reduced
▶ As a integrate of nano silica and fly ash has been increased porosity less than
50nm, and pore volume indicate the tendency to decrease on the progression.
