We heard about your promotion six months ago from the technical department to vice president in charge of planning.

Park : Good morning. My name is Park. I`m with UNIPIA, I have a 10:00 appointment with Mr. John.
Miss Blake : Oh, Yes. Mr. Park. We`ve been expecting you. However Mr. John isn`t have yet. He lives in the suburbs and communities to work by train once a while the train is delayed, Our subway trains aren`t very punctual. You know why don`t you have a seat? Mr. John should be here in few minutes.
Park : Thank you very much. I understand the situation. The last time I was in New York. I visited Mr. John`s home and there was a problem with the time also.
John : Good morning. Mr. Park, Sorry I`m here. I left home earlier than usual this morning, just in case the train might be late, but this time the delay was worse than ever. Well, I suppose the morning rush hour is bad as ever in Seoul.

AGENCY AGREEMENT

⑼ All disputes, controverises, or differences which may arise betwen Principal and Agent out of or in reation to or in connection with this Agreement, or for the breach there of, shall be settled by arbitration in Korea in accordance with the rules of the Korea Commercial Arbitra- tion Association. The award shall be final and binding upon both parties.

⑽ Any alteration to this Agreement shall be made through the mutual negotiation.
⑾ This Agreement shall continue for one year from the date hereof (October 1), and shall be automat- ically extended for another year unless a notice to the contrary is given from one of the parties to the other in writing at least sixty days before the expiry date.
