3. Tandoori chicken
In north India, people cook using the mud fire pot called ‘tandoor’ looked like big jar. First, chicken and yogurt and many spiced are seasoned together and then they are cooked in tandoor for a while. So the food name is ‘tandoori’. Because spices permeate the inside of chicken, its flavor is very great.
