Target: By this experiment we can know ‘how material can get the energy from the light’. Actually we use word ‘photoluminescence’ to call this kind of luminescence. And by using well known material, we can measure material’s unknown quantum efficiency.
Exp. Method: In this experiment, energy absorbance and luminescence are totally depends on solution’s Molarity. So, the most important thing is make a certain 1Χ10-4M solution.

3. Actually, although we made exact Molarity, we can’t give same energy to material by PL-spectrophotometer. Because data of absorption belongs on wavelength from UV-VIS spectrometer show us there is no same point. According to excel data, it can get similar absorption at 367nm but, there is still difference. What can I say is there will be same point between 367.29 ~ 368.25nm. Of course we compensation mathematically, but it doesn’t mean that’s 100% correct.
