INTRODUCTION
WHAT IS OBSSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER?
OBSESSION
Obsessions are unwelcome thoughts, idea or urges that repeatedly appear in your mind. Generally obsessions are often frightening or distressing that you can’t share with other people. Ihat you or others are going to be harmed.
COMPLSION
door, washing hands or counting. This compels people to do these actions again and again in every time. If you don’t do this properly, you may feel fear and nervous. Or the unwanted thoughts intrude again. The Aim of compulsion is to ‘put right’ the distress caused by the obsessive thoughts and relieve the worry. The relief of anxiety after doing the performance is only temporary.

SELF EVALUATION
I have never studied Psychology before. So the vocabulary is the most hardest part for me. Although I understand the situation, I should found the specific meaning of every words to understand perfectly. Then I could be able to describe on my own way. However, if I get the theory clearly, I can explain and paraphrase very easily. The theories are quite interesting even though the vocabulary are too difficult.
