1-1. CESCO (Chunwoo Environment Service Co. LTD)
CESCO is the fifth biggest insect control company of the world, the biggest pest control company of the Asia. It provides total hygiene service about infectiousness malignant bacilli which can cause many kinds of disease and hamper a life environment. It has an advanced Research and Development system of pest control and the biggest plenty of custom in this industry. Thus, CESCO runs this business having a high brand awareness, a market share and customer satisfaction

Thailand is popular tourism country that 15 million people visited per year. Thus a lot of hotels advanced, there are a total of 599 hotels in only Bangkok area.
According to Thai tourists, Cockroaches can be seen easily their staying hotels. Although five-star hotels are rarely the same situation. In May of last year, and a tourist from Australia even died because of excessive sprayed pesticide in hotels in Chiang Mai, Thailand. It means that professional accurate pest control doesn't work in thailand. Given this, verificated capacity of Cesco is enough to attractive for Thai hotels.
In the case of Bangkok, hotels concentrated in specific regions. So if Cesco make a contract with a lot of hotels of the area, it has cost-benefits in that ease of administration is ensured. Therefore, targeting primarily hotels of the area was deemed advantageous.
