Abstract
YG Entertainment is one of the biggest entertainment companies in Korea. They are making a lot of contents that influence to the culture of worldwide and this aspect is increasing as time goes by. However, this uniqueness made some huge ethical problems
One of YG’s musician G-Dragon smoked marijuana and Dae-sung hit a man while he was driving. In addition, crimes that are related to drug, accident and sexual issues are terribly serious in Korean culture. The reason, however, we chose YG entertainment is not focused on a fact that GD and Dae-sung smoked marijuana and kill someone with a car

Characteristic of YG entertainment is dealing with people. In other words, most of their business management is human management. Some people can criticize that how the company can control individual activities. In proof of this statement, we have to think Korean culture. We have following standards of acceptable behavior as judged by stakeholders in Korea own. They can have a strong influence on Korean society, particularly young adolescent. They should be circumspect in their individual behavior in public, because they are celebrities. They’d better take ethical actions beyond what is required by the law. As well as, the company has to control them, as not individual but human resource.
