1.0 INTRODUCTION
The development of the transportation has made people move farther while maintaining the comfort. People are no longer trapped in the limited place, but try to stretch out toward broad world. This accelerates as the car is commercialized. At the initial period, people invented and developed cars and other vehicles in order to spend shorter time going away. On the other hand, current car users frequently use their car to move comfortably regardless of the distances. It makes efficient, but also occurs side effects.
The first problem is the personal aspect, a lack of exercise. Walking is the most common and effective exercise for humans. However, due to the frequent use of car, people forget to walk, which is the easiest way they can keep their health. Decreasing the exercise in the life has a negative impact on the health. The lack of exercise leads to the immunity and obesity and it becomes one of the most serious problems in the world.
