1. Knowledge codificationa. Decision-making opportunity
A decision-making opportunity that I choose is real estate. In the real world, people who need or want to move into other country or other city for any possible reasons are placed in decision making situation for finding an accommodation. For example, oversea students need an accommodation until they finish their course. In this case, they do not need to buy a house because they will back to their country when they graduate. The goal of this decision making system is that it helps the customer such as family, student, individual, etc to choose renting a house or buying a house with their various conditions.

New products and services are also developed and distributed very quickly, and its customers who want to pay less and investors who want to get more value are increase. For those reasons, many organizations establish intelligent system such as the Enterprise Knowledge Portal (EKP) (Awad & Ghaziri 2005). In this case, information and issues which are related to government should update immediately, and it has to be validated. Also, it has a lot of demanding consumers because every business has to consider government issues before they do any business actions. Those facts and above reasons why many organizations build the EKP may be applied in this government portal.
