- The concepts, Common and different points and etc.
The Law of the Sea is one of the most important areas in International law. Sea is the Primary medium for international commerce and communication. In the sea, there are many marine living resources(fish) and non-living natural resources(oil, gas, minerals).
There many sources of the law of the sea :
Mix of customary law and (bilateral and multilateral) treaties
The 1958 Geneva Conventions
The 1982 Convention on the Law of the Sea
The 1994 Agreement on the Deep Sea Bed
