FJ Benjamin (FJB) is one of the leading luxury distributors for many years and has its highest stock performance of 140% of Straits Times Index during the Q4 in 2014. Their vision is to become a global company who is dedicated to fulfil their customer’s lifestyle aspirations through their mission. In recent years, their revenues and profit margin have been declining. Through our external and internal analysis of FJB, we hope to explore the reasons behind this decreasing performance.<중 략>
Firstly, an established and reliable distribution network allows proper inventory management, maximises customer satisfaction and therefore, brand loyalty. Next, innovative marketing strategies strengthen and develop the brands that the firm is partnering with. It enables further market penetration and therefore, higher sales revenues. Additionally, successful brand development strategies would improve the reputation and track record of the firm. Such credible reputation is important for firms to maintain and expand its brand portfolio and therefore, larger customer base.
