The concept of business intelligence competency centre requires for methods of contents out from business intelligence, return on investment, getting right information to have better manager’s decision, alignment business mission and business intelligence strategy, and clear definition of report means to implement the business intelligence. (Miller et al., 2006 pp.2)<중 략>
Establishing the BICC should be considered return on investment from value of maintained and achieved technology. It relies on majority amount of understood from business intelligence solution for corporate requirements and supports related business tasks. To implement BICC project should require qualified report from end-users by measuring and reporting on value from direction of project. (Barsch &Miller, 2010) Nedbank Retail has implemented competency centre with BI to solve wide range of the number of information assets, and want business area extension through the investment of business intelligence software to approach customers who enable to make profit in 2003.
