As a result of food life‘s change, korean's obesity rate has been increasing heavily. so, many doctors claim, overweight is bad for your health and it shorten your life. And they recommend exercising to their diseased patient. Thus, our contemporaries exercise very hard, believing it is good for their health.In fact, actual exercising is pretty good for your body. It have been being demonstrated by many scholars and many doctors. It is considered common sense. As you know, aerobic-exercise can help, improving your lung-capacity, rising your self-regard, and burning off fat. Also, anaerobic-exercise can help, improving physical strength, making beautifully toned body, and rising basal metabolic rate; it can liberate you from threat of obesity. However, you can have various situations about your physical condition, but these situations are not required same recipe. In this context, single thesis statement is came into existence.
