I. Introduction
Venture Corporation is characterized to develop a creative idea and challenge a business.
Since internet industry has been rapidly changing, IT Company should handle and manage the following problems of that.
Because users are able to change an utilization service easily, company is facing some difficulties such as lower entry barrier and expansion of competitive environment.
NAVER Corporation began with a venture company based on internet and now is the no.1 internet portal company in Korea, holding a membership of 37 million people. Our team wanted to find out how NAVER makes up and manages their organization to grow up more.
It is often called as ‘Google of Korea’ thanks to its own advanced culture. Image of NAVER, beginning with venture company, is innovative, fresh and free.
Our team thought that NAVER’s atmosphere is similar to Google’s. In this paper, we will try to find out whether there is a difference between the image that we thought and its reality.
