본문내용
Ⅰ.Characteristics of BJT
1. Purpose of experiment.
The main component of this experiment is a transistor, especially NPN BJT, which will be explained in this report. Basic work of the transistor will be seen from many attempt, and it will be expressed by a graph. The characteristics of active region is tested rather than other regions. For the experiment, parameters, such as , and , of the transistor should be understood. Transistors are essential part of many electrical devices and are widely used. From the fact, understanding a transistor is important for engineers.
2. Experimental equipment
Figure 1 . A multimeter, a DC power supply and a circuit with breadboard
A DC power supply, a multimeter and circuit (with a bread board, wires, a resistance and a transistor) is shown in the picture.
Figure 2. Transistor
3. Experimental method
1) Make a circuit in set to 15V and, while measuring , carefully increase the from 0 until . If this voltage is too high, you may burn the BJT
