Ⅰ. Introduction
In the summer of 2015 European Union experienced the highest influx number of refugee since the civil war in Syria. There had been controversy between accepting refugees. Germany took the liberal side which is in favor of more active assistance and accepting refugees. Germany also has suspended The Dublin Regulation earlier this August to relocate the refugees. On the other hand United Kingdom has been on the more conservative side which assert passive acceptance of refugees.
However recent Paris attack change the position of Germany, which now claim that Dublin Regulation should be enforced. Therefore the refugee issue has become more complex but important issue. South Korea also have been dealing with the approval of the 200 Syrian asylum claims. And it shows refugee crisis is not only issue in Europe but also a global issue.
The negative stance of accepting refugee has been getting more encouragement because one of the suicide bombers of Paris attack exploited the situation by using a fake Syrian passport to enter the EU as an asylum seeker.

Especially Syrian refugee crisis is caused by Syrian civil war which is caused by unstable state after Iraq war. Many western countries participated in this war so Western society also have partially responsible for these conflicts.
