A Review of the Literature
Needless to say, communication is really important in our life. We cannot live without other people. People usually spend 70% of their days talking, listening, reading and writing. Adolescents spare much time and efforts in social communication. This directly shows that communication hugely accounts for adolescents’ livings. The word ‘Communication’ derives from the ‘Communis’ in Latin word which means sharing of meaning. Communication plays a key role in the success of any workplace program or policy. Communication about workplace practices helps achieve the desired outcomes for the employee and the organization in a variety of ways. For example, it’s true that HP is one of the most popular IT companies in the world, but they are also popular for their company culture. When the founder of HP died in 2001, some American media reported that their best accomplishment is to make HP Way, which is their unique company culture.
