YouTube is a website that shares video clips of users worldwide. YouTube is gaining momentum as the world's largest video platform. It is emerging as a world renowned video platform, defeating various competing platforms such as Hulu and Netflex. Also, Monthly global viewership is steadily increasing.
The global mobile ad market, including South Korea, is accelerating its ' Google's monopoly '. Especially in the Korean market, Google benefited from the Internet video service, YouTube. Following the government`s implementation of the real-name policy, the market share of YouTube has surpassed 70 percent, winning the top spot. Due to the real-name policy, the move of the consumers to overseas markets has brought significant changes to the video market, and local companies are trying to regain the lost market. However, it is not easy to regain the once moved consumers.
