1. In your own words, describe Niman's main argument and the argument that she is responding to.
Niman’s main argument is that animal consumption is not risking our health and that eating both plants and animals will eventually improve our health conditions. For those ethical reasons, she states that it is natural for us to consume meat as every living things eat other living things. Her counter argument that is that vegetarian diet is the solution to our health problems and people should support banning the animal farms, eating, torturing and giving damage to animals.
