1) Ohm's Law
The goal of the first experiment of DC circuits is to recognize the mathematical relationship between currents and voltages while the resistance on a closed circuit are already known. Theoretically, Ohm's Law expresses that voltage and current in a closed circuit are exactly proportional to each other when the resistance is given. This experiment is going to be an opportunity to check the compatibility of Ohm's Law between theory and reality.
2) Voltage Divider
The goal of the second experiment of DC circuits is to verify voltage values between two points on a closed circuit and to build an Thevenin equivalent circuit with new voltage and resistance values which are expressed as and . On a closed circuit with a DC voltage source and few resistors which are connected in series, selecting two points and checking the voltage value will let us know the principle of the voltage divider and the relationship with Ohm's Law.
