- 대상자의 피부색은 정상, 피부가 건조하고 탄력이 정상이지만 무릎에서 양측으로 갈색 과색소침착과 2+ 부종을 동반한 양쪽 아래로 과색소침착이 있다.
- 오른쪽 내측 복사뼈에 정맥 정체 궤양이 있으며 하이드로콜로이드 드레싱으로 덮여 있다.
- PB 95회, 강하고 규칙적이다. 드레싱을 제거하고 상처를 평가했고, 상처를 세척하고 새로운 드레싱을 적용했다.
