Employee motivation in practice
The manager’s main task is to motivate his or her team, both individually and collectively so that they can deliver the goods and also derive satisfaction from it. Since motivation is that important the problem is how the manager can motivate his or her employees. There are several tactics in motivating employees in workplace.
Basic things that manager should remind themselves all the time are trust, respect, praise and good communications. These are the basic concept that can lead to desirable employee motivation. Now let us look through the more specific strategy which can motivate employees.
