In one of the old sayings, there are “Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.” Like this sentence, habits influence our life very large. So today, I want to share my good habits to you to make your meaningful life.
First habit is eating breakfast every day. Most of students skip the breakfast to sleep more. However, breakfast activates your brain in the morning. Also, if you don’t eat breakfast, your body creates ‘lactic acid’ which makes you feel more tired.
