Ⅰ. 서론인체 소화기는 음식물의 소화와 흡수, 저장, 합성, 해독, 배설 등 생명유지에 필수적인 역할을 담당하는 중요한 기관이다. 소화기에 문제가 생기게 되면 통증이나 혈색의 변화, 소화흡수의 문제, 배변에 문제 증상이 나타난다. 살면서 장에 관련된 문제를 겪어보지 않은 사람은 거의 없을 것이다. 몸의 다른 기관과는 다르게 장에 문제가 생기면 정상적인 생활이 불가능해진다. 왜냐하면 장과 관련된 질병은 대부분 복통과 동시에 설사라는 증상이 동반되기 때문이다.
이번 Report에서 다루게 될 Yersinia, Salmonella, Shigella 균은 우리에게 특히 더 심각한 문제를 야기하는 장내 감염균이라고 할 수 있다. 이 세 가지 균의 infection 과정을 비교하고, 세 가지 균으로부터 immune system 보호하는 방법에 대해 논해보려 한다.

1. 장내 감염미생물의 특징과 감염 증상
1.1 Yersinia와 Yersiniosis
Yersinia는 그람 음성균이며 facultative anaerobes 에 해당하는 균이다. Yersinia에 해당하는 일부 종인 Y. pestis , Y. enterocolitica, Y. pseudotuberculosis 는 인간에게 병원성이 있다. 특히 Y. pestis 는 전염병의 원인균으로 설치류가 이 균의 reservoir이다. 혈액 통해 감염되거나 감염된 소변, 대변으로 오염된 야채나 우유 등의 섭취로 인해 감염된다. 일반적인 냉장고의 온도에서도 잘 자라는 특성을 보인다.
대부분의 감염은 Y. enterocolitica에 의한 것이며, 보통 불충분하게 조리 된 돼지고기 또는 오염 된 물, 육류 또는 우유의 섭취로 인해 감염된다. 어린아이들이 자주 감염되는 편이고 아이들의 일반적인 증상은 발열, 복통, 설사 이며 종종 피를 흘린다. 성인과 어린이 모두 우측 복통과 발열이 주된 증상이기 때문에 맹장염과 혼동 될 수 있다.
