◈ Executive Summary
Häagen-Dazs is a company that provides and produces high quality ice cream products with various flavors in the Australian ice cream market. The company provides different sorts of ice cream flavours such as, vanilla, strawberry, Neapolitan, chocolate and chocolate chip with different cream content and portion, which provides variable choices for customers with more options for enjoying ice cream.
“Red Mango” is the new product that the company wishes to launch in 2005 in Australia. The reason why we want to launch “Red Mango” is due to high portion of Australian has adiposis (fat problems) and the “Red Mango” has relatively low fat compare to any other Ice creams currently in the market. And Mango is one of favorite fruit to Australians.
Being successful and achieving our goal with satisfied retained earning, our object is to reach $8,000 during the first month, in order to conduct and strength the customers’ royalty towards the product, we must endeavor on building our brand reputation and enhance the public awareness of recognizing our products as well.
