Third, Try to eat a variety of food. Try to eat more than 30 different foods each day. It increases chances of gaining all the nutrients our body needs. Generally, we eat very limited kinds of food that we like. It causes us to take some nutrients so much but then again we take some nutrients in very small amount or even don’t take them at all. If we try to eat various foods, we may take all the nutrients that we need. Finally, it help our bodies keep balance.
Forth, Enjoy your food. Some people just try not to eat high fat and high calorie foods like chocolate, cookies etc. However, eating food is one of the biggest pleasures in our life. If you just repress your desire to eat food that you love, it could make you so stressful. Having good mental condition is also essential to keep your body healthy. Eating some high calorie and high fat food once in a while is not a big deal. Sometimes, enjoy those foods but control the amount of those foods you take.
