So far, i have repeated a hundred times to going on a diet, in other words, my diet plan has been ruined a hundred times.
Owing to an exam(in my case, unless i exercise everyday, i gain weight. maybe, it because i have done exercise, since i was a middle school student. it is just like choice between exercise and weight), a meeting, etc.
After repeated, intermittent and continual trial, i have practically become an expert in losing weight.
For two weeks, from starting taking an exercise, there is no change in weight on the weight scale. Because during that time exercising contributes to the development of the muscles.
That is, fat is changed into muscle.
You'd better not check your weight during that term.
But, since then you can lose weight with increasing speed, if your steady exercise exists. You begin to like it after a while. And afterwards you'll enjoy exercising. Nowadays i can't bear without daily exercising.
